Tempovate gel still contains clobetasol propionate, but unlike the cream that comes in a water-miscible cream, the gel comes in a slightly pink gel appearance.
Tempovate gel is more active than the cream and it tends to whiten or even bleach the skin depending on the skin type and texture of the skin this is because it is easier for the gel to penetrate the skin easily than the cream.
